CANCELLATION
Spatique requires a 50% deposit for all scheduled appointments. As a courtesy to our estheticians and physicians, please provide 72 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any appointment that is cancelled Or rescheduled after the 72 hour window will forfeit the deposit.
PAYMENT
All elective cosmetic procedures must be paid in advance. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal checks and cash. Gift certificates must be redeemed at the time of the service and must be presented upon check-in. Financing is available through care credit.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Make up is non-refundable. We exchange or provide credit for all other retail items in their original packaging within 10 days of purchase.
